On Easter Sunday, Sullivan’s Steakhouse Palm Desert will offer a three-course prix fixe brunch menu featuring items such as:
• Lobster Basil Stuffed Shrimp – Topped in a decadent Cajun lobster sauce
• Classic Eggs Benedict – Served with soft boiled eggs, shaved Black Forest Ham, an English muffin and hollandaise sauce
• Hand Carved Prime Rib – Presented over creamy horseradish and au jus sauces
• Bananas Foster Bread Pudding – Deliciously paired with caramel sauce and vanilla bean ice cream
The menu will be available from 10:00a.m. until 3:00p.m. on Sunday, April 16 for $39 per person.
